Return to Rhythm: Foundational Practices for Perimenopause

for Women Ready to Stop Managing Symptoms and Start Claiming Their Power

You don't recognize yourself anymore

You're not sleeping. Your body feels foreign. Your emotions swing wildly, or you feel nothing at all. The things that used to ground you no longer work. You're exhausted, anxious, disconnected from yourself in ways you can't quite name.

Everyone tells you this is just hormones. Take this supplement. Try that therapy. It'll pass.

But you know something deeper is happening. You can feel it.

You're right.

This isn't just hormones fluctuating. This is identity dissolving. The self you've known is burning away, and no one is telling you that this is actually sacred - that this chaos has meaning, that there's a way through that doesn't involve just white-knuckling until it's over.

The foundation comes first

Before you can meet the deeper initiatory work of this transition, you need ground beneath your feet. You need practices that bring you back into your body, back into rhythm, back into a sense of home within yourself.

That's what this course is.

Return to Rhythm teaches you the essential Ayurvedic practices that create the container for transformation - the daily rhythm that makes everything else possible.

This is Week 1 of my 12-week program The Second Fire, offered as a standalone foundation course. It's complete unto itself. You will learn real practices that work. And if you choose to go deeper into the full initiatory journey afterward, you can.

But start here. Establish the rhythm first.

What you'll receive:

Teaching videos that explain:

  • What's actually happening in your body and psyche during perimenopause from an Ayurvedic perspective
  • Why daily rhythm is the foundation of all healing
  • The specific practices that ground Vata, support sleep, and bring you back to yourself

Guided practice sessions, including:

  • Evening routine for preparing body and mind for rest
  • Morning practices for beginning the day anchored and clear
  • Abhyanga (self-oil massage) - the practice of coming home to your body
  • Vitality breakfast

Downloadable PDFs and resources so you have everything you need to implement these practices immediately

Complete access - no time limit, move at your own pace, return to the content whenever you need it

This is not a quick fix.

This is practice. Real practice that requires you to actually do it - to create the rhythm, to touch your own body with oil, to slow down enough to meet yourself where you are.

The practices work. But only if you work them.

If you're looking for a magic bullet or a 5-minute morning routine that will solve everything, this isn't it.

If you're ready to do the actual work of coming back into relationship with yourself and your body during this transition, this is where you begin.

Investment $397

This includes lifetime access to all Week 1 content.

If you complete this foundation and feel called to continue into the full 12-week journey of The Second Fire, you'll receive an invitation to upgrade with full credit for what you've already invested.

A few things to know before you start:

This isn't passive learning. This is embodied practice rooted in Ayurveda, Yoga, and Vedic psychology.

I don't soften the truth or package ancient wisdom into bite-sized "wellness" content. I teach what actually works, which requires you to show up for yourself in ways you might not be used to.

The practices are simple. Not easy, but simple. And they create the foundation that makes transformation possible.

Start here. Give yourself this.

Eve

Your guide

Hi. I'm Eve, an Ayurvedic Practitioner specializing in Ayurvedic Psychology.

For 30 years, I've studied the Vedic sciences - not the watered-down Western versions, but the deep, rare practices that most teachers don't know exist.

I teach Tantra, Yoga, the Vedas, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Upanishads - not as separate subjects, but as an integrated system for transformation.

My deepest personal transformation came through the Bhagavad Gita. I know what it means to burn away the false self and emerge as something true.

I created Sattvika, where I offer transformational courses and Vedic counseling, because I'm done watching women suffer through initiations that modern culture has turned into diseases.

I watched ancient knowledge get destroyed, fragmented, commodified, and stripped of power.

I've spent three decades putting it back together.

Not to make it pretty. Not to make it palatable. But to give you what actually works.

This isn't therapy. This isn't self-help. This is initiation.

And I've initiated myself through it. Now I'm here to witness yours.

Frequently asked questions

What participants say

Sarah M.

"I went from having 15-20 hot flashes a day to maybe 2-3, and they don't bother me anymore. But that's not even the real change. The real change is that I finally know who I am and what I'm here to do. I'm 52 and I feel like my life is just beginning."

Jennifer L.

"The marma therapy and bija mantra work eliminated my symptoms within three weeks. But Eve's teaching on the Bhagavad Gita completely transformed how I see myself. I'm no longer terrified of aging. I'm excited about it."

Maria K.

"I was on antidepressants for the mood swings and sleeping pills for the insomnia. Within two months of this course, I'm off both (with my doctor's support). The practices work. But more than that, I understand now that I wasn't depressed - I was being initiated."

One more thing

If you're reading this and something in you is saying "yes" - that's not your anxiety or your hormones or your desperation.

That's your essential self recognizing the doorway.

That's the wise woman inside you who's been waiting for you to remember her.

That's YOU, calling you home.

Stop managing. Start transforming.
